Any new installation of doors or locks comes with a 2 year warranty.
10 year service life warranty:
- covers quality of doors manufactured after July 1, 1999, limited to the lamination of door core to face sheets and weld joints of reinforcements
- door, frame and hardware must be properly installed and maintained
- appropriate hardware selection and product application must be made
- steel or plastic top caps must be used for all exterior openings
- warranty does not apply for doors, frames or hardware intentionally or unintentionally abused or misused
- all products on job site must be properly stored
- warranty does not apply to products that have been modified, repaired or altered in any way
Lifetime warranty against rust for all prime painted doors:
- all factory prime painted steel doors and frames, manufactured after July 1, 1999 against rusty perforation for the life of the building in which it is installed
- door must be properly installed
- zinc primer must be applied to refinish areas where welding or modification was performed
- all products on job site must be properly stored
- all prime painted material must receive a coating of finish paint
- warranty does not apply for doors and frames subjected to prolonged exposure with highly corrosive conditions (chemicals, cleaning solvents or atmospheric conditions)
- warranty does not apply to products that have been modified, repaired or altered in any way
- warranty covers repair or replacement of prime painted doors and frames only
2 Year Warranty on Labor
